CONSENTS & DECLARATIONS

I understand that my image or voice (via photography, video or audio recording) may be used for publicity and historic record keeping of productions via PODS social media channels, local news outlets, local and national radio, PODS website and production programmes. I consent to fair use of my data and imagery for this purpose.

I agree to attend rehearsals as required unless fair notice has been given of a pending absence

I agree to pay an annual membership fee and additional stage fees for the productions I am cast in

Penarth Operatic & Dramatic Society will use the personal information you provide on this form solely for the purposes of administering your membership, communicating with you about Society activities, managing rehearsals and productions, and fulfilling legal and safeguarding obligations.

PODS is a UK registered charity, and as such we can claim GIFT AID on any membership fees as they are classed as donations. This costs you nothing.
